Hope and Healing after an Addiction Death
Hope and Healing After an Addiction Death meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 7:30 to 9:00 PM. This is a free support group for individuals who have lost a loved one to the disease of addiction.
The group’s mission statement: We come together in the shared grief of having suffered a tremendous loss due to addiction and recognize that we are forever changed due to this loss. By coming together, we will remove the isolation and stigma as we work on our pain and grief so we can learn how to survive and have hope. We will work on transforming our feelings into hope and learn to live and love again, to find our new normal. We will do this together with friendship, understanding, compassion and comfort.
While we are happy to provide space, Hope and Healing operates independently and is a non-sectarian progarm that is not affiliated with the church.
